- What does this cost me?
- Nothing. Circle of Trust does not charge homeowners for its referral service. We may receive a referral fee from a professional if the homeowner hires that professional.
- Will I get bombarded with calls?
- No. We never sell or share your information. You hear from us, and then from up to three professionals we hand-picked for your project.
- How do you vet the professionals?
- We confirm business registration, verify licensing where required, check current liability insurance, review references and complaint history, and hold everyone to written service standards.
- How many quotes will I get?
- Usually two or three. Enough to compare fairly, not so many that you're fielding calls all week.
- What if something goes wrong?
- Call us. We document the complaint, work it through with the contractor, and remove companies from the network when they don't make it right.
- Do you do the work yourselves?
- No. We're a referral service. The work is performed by the independent local professionals we connect you with.
- What areas do you serve?
